What is a transfer? A transfer is an image that has been put on a release paper for application using heat.
Why use heat transfers? Transfers applied with high-temperature heat last longer and optimize the ink color and coverage.
Where can I put a transfer? You can put a transfer just about anywhere you would like (e.g. Front, Back, Left Pocket, Right Pocket, Sleeves, etc.)
What is a Cad-Printz? A heat applied transfer that allows full color process and the ability to adhere to most fabrics including nylon, leather and spandex.
How Do I Order? Just go to our quote or contact us page and tell what you would like. (ONLINE STORE COMING SOON).
How do I check my order status? Every order will receive a confirmation email with estimated delivery time. Email us: sales@xpressapparel.com
How long will my order take? After final order confirmation and payment your order will be processed within 24-48 hours. Usually within 7 to 10 days depending on order size.
Are all sales final? Yes, due to the, customization all orders are final. We confirm every order before processing.
Can I cancel my order? Every order is processed within 24 hours. We must be contacted before that time.
